The kind of work I do—whether somatic, creative, or trauma-informed—needs time. Healing takes time. Many clients say that it’s that last half an hour where they really feel the benefit. In a 90-minute session, we have the space to go deeper, regulate the nervous system, move what’s arising through the body, and then integrate and land the session without rushing. This longer format allows us to work more thoroughly and respectfully with what’s present, while still leaving you grounded by the end.
I meet the process, instead of watching the clock. I want your experience with me to flow and be a natural journey.
(In BBTRS we breathe for an hour anyway so need the 90 minutes for integration and checking in)
No, all sessions are delivered as part of structured programs. This is because I work within a therapeutic process—a journey. Having an end point gives our work shape and direction, helping us stay focused and intentional so that we’re ready to arrive at the destination when we get there. It’s not about endless therapy; it’s about real movement and change. That said, payment plans and installments are always available—this work is meant to be accessible and sustainable.
This is a full-spectrum approach to transformation. My work combines biodynamic breathwork, somatic therapy, trauma release, drama therapy, creative arts psychotherapy, and Internal Family Systems (IFS). Most practitioners specialise in just one modality. The Meraki Way method weaves together body, breath, mind, and imagination in a way that meets the whole of you — your nervous system, your emotions, your stories, and your deeper truth — all in one place.
The short answer is no. The work I offer is process-oriented and relational. Transformation happens through consistency, trust, and time—not just one-off insights. That said, we’ll always start with a free discovery call to see which program is the best fit.
Some programs do offer a choice of 60- or 75-minute sessions, and I’ll always work with what’s possible. But it’s also important to understand that in shorter sessions, there’s simply less time to go deep. We can still do meaningful work, but it’s often more surface-level or focused. If you’re ready for deeper change, I recommend the 90-minute format. It allows us to fully enter, explore, and integrate the work—so you get more out of the journey in less time overall. These sessions are spacious, powerful, and packed with what you need.
Book a discovery call and Laura will help you look at it all and you will leave knowing what is the right fit for you etc..
